Learning Facilitator

The organisation is going through a successful period of growth, to help facilitate their expansion they’re looking to hire a Learning Facilitator in Wellingborough to ensure that colleagues’ learning needs are met. The role will involve partnering withmanagers across the business to help deliver the skill and behavioural change priorities of the learning strategy.

You’ll be hired on a full-time, permanent basis, be paid between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum and will work Monday - Friday. You’ll receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with length of service you can also accumulate an additional 3 days holiday ontop of this.

**How does your average week look**:

- You will ensure the learning strategy is implemented effectively by building close ties with managers across the business. You will find creative solutions for complex problems and be an expert on site at what you do
- A large part of your role will be to liaise with managers and individuals to understand and interpret requirements and then plan workload to deliver projects on time and within budget
- You’ll be working closely with digital learning specialists to create engaging and innovative training materials
- It’s important that you facilitate new and existing programmes using appropriate delivery methods e.g., E-learning, classroom delivery, communities of practice, networking etc

**What do they want from you**:

- It would be great if you’re familiar with working in an FCA or PRA regulated environment, although it’s not a necessity
- It’s important you have experience of project based work in some capacity
