This is a permanent position working Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700 but we would expect a degree of flexibility, this is logistics after all

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of **£33,500** per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), and the opportunity to purchase additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Implement the Continuous deployment strategy to support a culture of Continuous Improvement
- Identify cost savings and efficiencies by utilising resources and developing operational synergies
- Work in partnership with the site management team to deliver on business objectives
- Develop and mentor colleagues in lean methodologies

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire colleagues to be their best
- Knowledge of lean operational processes and project management
- Demonstration of at least 2 years successful CI deployment experience
- Strong experience in training and developing people in CI methodologies
- Good knowledge of creating and interrogating spreadsheets and presentation skills
