**What you'll do**

We’re excited to be looking for a new Community Safety Officer to join our busy frontline team to make sure our customers continue to receive a service second to none - and we need you

In the main, you'll be working across our "Castle Zone", which covers Windsor, Slough. Maidenhead, Ascot and Bracknell., and you'll manage a challenging and varied case load. No two days in this post will be the same as you'll be tackling anti-social behaviour, supporting victims of domestic abuse, progressing legal matters through the court process and working in partnership with other agencies. You'll need to undertake regular visits to our customers so you'll live close to our geographical area, ideally close to "Forest Zone", and you'll have access to your own transport, insured for business purposes, to be able to get to sites not always accessible by public transport.

We need great team players who are able to hit the ground running, so an understanding and knowledge of the various tools and powers available to us as a landlord in supporting victims of anti-social behaviour, tackling complex safeguarding case loads and disclosures of domestic abuse is important. You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to their tenancy.
