**About Our Client**:
The client is a Housing Association.

The Key Responsibilities
- To Hold meetings to support key team members in the central team to investigate and report on performance in key areas to resolve complex issues.
- To produce monthly report on all performance and inform management of any task related updates
- To ensure any issues are tracked and resolved to ensure customer satisfaction and customers have a good experience

**The Successful Applicant**:
Key Attributes
- Experience within a Housing Association.
- Understanding of putting customers first
- Collaborative mindset able to work well within a team
- Establish priorities and develops clear and logical plans to achieve goals

**What's on Offer**:
The role is offering
- 3 Month contract
- £16.50 an hour + Holiday Pay
- Hybrid working
- One day a week in the office
