Purpose

As a Customer Service Lead, you are the direct link to our customers and aim for optimal customer satisfaction by offering a great service approach and pro-active attitude. You can contribute to the growth of our stores and lift our customer service to the next level.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Communicate with operational departments regarding orders or questions raised by the customer.
- Align and agree with different stakeholders (Logistics, Returns, Finance, Carriers) to find your answers for the best customer solutions;
- Always be up to date: Promotions, new products and upcoming marketing events
- Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £6.76-£11.67 per hour
