**About Our Client**:
This IFA is an award winning portfolio management company. They are committed to offering impartial and unbiased advice to all of their clients, covering the entirety of the financial services market. This business have a well established experienced team across two different sites. This role will be based in their Oswestry office.
This client services administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure that all processes, procedures and client communications are conducive to a high standard of care
- Supporting the on boarding of new clients
- Responsible for managing client communications for new and existing clients
- Dealing with client queries
- Ensuring a high level of client service standard are met
- Administration support to the wider team
- Ad hoc tasks
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Previous experience working within a IFA practice
- Experience within a client services team would be advantageous
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Strong communications skills
- Strong administration skill set
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
**What's on Offer**:
This client services administrator role will offer the following:
- £23,000 - £28,000 - Dependant on experience
- 23 days annual leave + bank
- Death in service - 4x salary
- Private medical insurance
- Pension scheme - 5% match
