**About the Role**

As the Program Scheduler you report to the Program Scheduler Team leader, planning and organising FWA/FTTP visits to customers premises. This involves, scheduling, re-scheduling, updating, and communicating the field service activity schedule in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

**What you will be responsible for**
- Manage and track customer connections, ensuring that speeds meet the agreed threshold and it evidenced prior to sign off on the installation being complete.
- Other administrative and support tasks that shall be required from time to time in support of the wider team.
- Ensure that the daily/weekly schedule is collated, and progress tracked given all known influences and the daily/weekly progress reporting of the projects are both accurate and timely.
- Works with the project teams to understand and assist with tracking all installation works, tasks, and handover documentation.
- Gathers all programme information, schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks etc.
- Takes responsibility for resolving customer enquiries in relation to complaints from works undertaken, or issues with bookings and delays.
- Prioritise and coordinate work orders, through liaison with subcontractors, Project Managers and Supplier Managers
- Work closely with key project stakeholders within the Business to keep them inform on progress vs plan, plus any risks and issues being managed.
- Confirm and track all bookings/job tickets through agreed process (Database, Tracker etc), keeping customers updated to ensure works are completed on time.
- Contact customers by telephone and mail, to agree appointments and timeslots, then update and assign job tickets to engineers as required.
- Projects will vary from new installs for FTTP/FWA, Network builds, Technology Upgrades, Equipment swaps, TX LOS, Corporate Solutions (CCTV) etc.
- All Field work is to be correctly planned and scheduled to meet contractual SLAs (where required) and to communicate and coordinate efficiently to the Service Delivery Engineers (both internal and external).
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule in all installation works directly with both internal and external resource in line with the Business Delivery Plan

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a Project Admin / Scheduling Role is essential.
- Has the ability to work closely with a pool of Field Service Engineers and understand the dynamics and capabilities across various teams.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build positive relationships and gaining commitment from both internal and external colleagues.
- Has a flexible and can-do attitude.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet key deadlines in a pressurised, target driven environment, whilst maintaining a customer focused ethos
- Demonstrable willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Has excellent I.T. and database skills. (MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Access, Visio & SharePoint)
- Has the proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- based environment to deliver the agreed business objectives.
- Has strong stakeholder handling skills and acute social perceptiveness.
- Can demonstrate his/her ability to execute agreed tasks and deadlines
