- The Role:
We require a Finance Business Partner to support the end-to-end control of Goods for Resale Stock. Working closely with the Supply Chain team, Commercial team and other Finance Business Partners, you will be responsible for providing financial support to help deliver the ambitious stock optimisation plans through insightful decision support, accurate planning and reporting/

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Finance Business Partner to support the Supply Chain team, Commercial team and other Finance Business Partners to understand operational performance of inventory vs forecasts at an operational channel level.
- Responsible for driving insights into efficiency including the development, production, reporting and presentation of financial and non-financial KPI's that are enablers to understand performance and identify actions to maximise or course correct.
- Providing financial analysis on end-to-end stock optimisation with focus on key drivers and ways to improve
- Providing finance support for the implementation of strategic initiatives together with on-going analytical support and benefits measurement
- Responsible for assisting the preparation of stock budgets & forecasts.
- Responsible for performance reporting providing insightful analysis on performance drivers
- Assist the cash planning and forecasting process
- Support in the production of the Monthly accounting cycle
- Ad-hoc project support and analysis

The Person:

- Part qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) is essential
- Experience of Inventory, Distribution and/or Operational experience
- Inquisitive problem solver
- Strong Excel skills, Power BI preferred
- High level of attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to challenge decisions of peers and seniors
- Ability to clearly present and articulate financial information to non-financial colleagues
- Ability to work in a high pressured, ever-evolving environment
- Must be able to multi-task, manage several deliverables simultaneously, work independently and be extremely flexible in order to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience in a multi-site / multi-channel retail business
- Experience in Adobe/Google Analytics (desirable)
- Experience of working with Unit4 ERP (desirable)
