Property Accounts Assistant

HPB Management Ltd is a holiday company based in Newmarket with 32 holiday sites across the UK and Europe. We are currently recruiting a permanent full-time Accounts Assistant to join our small team within the Property Department at our Newmarket office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supporting the Property Department Accounts team by performing various duties as set out below.
**Site Accounts**
- Weekly income & expenditure accounts for UK sites
- Day to day point of contact for UK site accounts queries
**Purchase Ledger**
- Invoice processing for UK site invoices
**Bank Reconciliations**
- Monthly bank reconciliations for UK site bank accounts
In addition to the main function employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of Excel and Sun Accounting systems advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and organise/prioritise own workload
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 20-37.5 per week
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
