Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Volvo Belux, Volkswagen and other innovative brands.

We are looking for a **Head of ERP** to join our **Business Systems** department.

The Head of ERP will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business systems that support Ohme’s strategic goals and operational efficiency. They will lead the development of new features in our Enterprise Resource Planning system (Odoo) and work collaboratively with Ohme’s Product team on the integration of Odoo with other Ohme products and platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing ERP and other business systems, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Proficient in ERP development and integration.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology in software development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Excellent project management skill
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry is a plus.
