What you’ll be doing
By joining Nomensa as our new Studio Resource Executive, you’ll be joining our Operations team to support the Studio Resource Manager on making sure we have the right people on the right projects, at the right time.
You will be a central contact point for projects that flow through the studio, you’ll work between the Studio and Client Services team, managing, planning and resourcing workflow, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
Day to day, you will be working with our Studio Resource Manager to effectively manage and maximise the resource time available in the Studio to deliver against all work requests. You will be key in supporting our resourcing decisions by monitoring the Studio’s utilisation and forward capacity, highlighting areas of over or under utilisation.
What we need from you
You will be skilled relationship builder, with the ability to understand, negotiate and balance the needs and expectation of multiple stakeholders, while always demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude and focusing on the solutions.
You will join a team of dedicated individuals, you will be allocating projects to relevant practitioners and taking proactive steps to ensure projects are delivered on time, with the right resource.
Having an understanding of project delivery would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.
