**The Role**

This role is the next step up form a trainee where you will be required to confidently tool change and understand the parameters of the injection moulding machines, as well as understand and complete the relevant paperwork whilst maintaining high Health & Safety Standards, this role will also be required to help train the trainee setters when required

**Key Responsibilities**
- Adhering to high health and safety standards at all times
- Implementing production and process tool changes.
- Ensuring availability of material tooling and ancillary equipment
- Working alongside the trainee setters and technicians
- Ensuring that all process changes are carried out with maximum efficiency
- Patrol of moulding machines, ensuring production and quality are maintained
- Learning how to carry out fault rectification
- Maintaining company objectives on quality, delivery and environmental policies
- Be enthusiastic, willing to learn and flexible
- Have good skills in both numeracy and literacy
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes and machine inputs and outputs
- Be organised and able to show full commitment
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Able to use own initiative and work independently when required
- Fill out and use the paperwork in the right way.
