**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for setting, operating, and selecting the correct tooling for batch work and one-off bespoke requests
- Read and interpret technical schematics and design models
- Adjust machine settings to the desired product specifications
- Inspect machines for mechanical and safety issues
- Cut, grind and drill materials in machine in line with customer specifications

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience setting, operating, and programming Hurco machinery with XYZ controls
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment essential
- Proven experience working towards tight tolerances
- Ability to interpret engineering schematics and deal with batch work but also bespoke requests
- Experience in production for the aerospace & defence sector highly desirable
