**About the Role**

We are offering a unique opportunity to join the business as we grow our award-winning Lettings and Property Management offering, with the aim of providing our clients and tenants with a seamless and pain-free lettings journey. **What you'll be doing**
- Process, maintain & create viewing opportunities from the internet and telephone leads (MyLondonHome website, Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.)
- Market new lettings listings to tenant database
- Book and conduct viewings across central London
- Market our service to potential Landlords to win new business
- Receiving and negotiating rental offers, quickly and fairly
- Handover required paperwork for your letting deals to be progressed by Property Management
- Ensure legal and legislative duties are met

**Job Requirements**
- A proven track record within residential lettings, preferably within London or the Home Counties
- A sense of urgency for goal achievement
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good time and diary management
- Confident and enthusiastic communication style
- Self-starting, motivated with the desire to succeed
- Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
- Good IT literacy skills
- Good communication skills - written & verbal

**Experience you would be expected to have**
- At least 1 year of Lettings experience

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
