We have an exciting opportunity for a **Receptionist** dedicated in turning moments into memories for our guests.

First impressions are everything. Providing engaging, sincere, personalised service is one of the ways our **Receptionists** are turning moments into memories for our guests at Fairmont Windsor Park. As a **Receptionist**, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience of 1 year in front of house in a 5-star hotel is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
- Fluency in English, secondary language preferred
- A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite required and knowledge of Opera preferred but not necessary
