**The Role**

You will manage the office’s front-desk and perform a variety of administrative responsibilities, supporting the office in
general. You will be our Visitors first impression of Air, welcoming clients and other guests in a professional, friendly
and positive manner, maintaining a record of clients booked in and out of the office.

You will coordinate front-desk administrative activities including processing and distributing correspondence and
answering phone calls, screening and forwarding to the relevant departments.

There will be times when information discussed is sensitive so a respect for confidentiality and discretion is required.

Experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.

**Responsibilities Requirements**
