Previous office experience carrying out a full range of administration and with excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Able to communicate effectively with staff of different disciplines, Trusts and Agencies and have a comprehensive understanding of confidentiality. Two GCSEs (or equivalent) at level C in Maths and English and typing skills essential. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable.

Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of healthcare and IT systems including Excel, all modules of PAS, Maxims and Dragon Medical Workflow Manager desirable although support and training can be provided. The post holder will be required to deal with sensitive and highly confidential information in the safeguarding of children.
