**About the Role**:
Do you have a knack for sales and a passion for facilitating unforgettable getaways? If so, we want you on our team We're in search of an experienced Sales Consultant to champion excellence and enable dream holidays. You'll leverage your proven sales expertise, ideally with a minimum of 5 years' sales experience and at least 2 years' proficiency in telesales. While familiarity with the travel industry is advantageous, it's not a must. What's crucial is your passion for our mission to empower individuals with disabilities to embark on life-changing journeys, backed by quality care and support.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Consultant, your mission will be to forge and nurture client relationships, translating them into high-value bookings with remarkable retention rates. You're a skilled relationship builder, adept at comprehending clients' needs. Your focus will be on responding to inbound warm sales leads (no cold calling here), grasping customers' aspirations, and guiding them to select from our range of holidays. Daily, you'll be expected to make over 40 calls to new and existing leads and customers, spending around 2 hours on the phone.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, either in retail/customer-facing or telesales environments
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Analytical acumen for tracking key performance metrics
- A strong results-oriented mindset, proven in personal performance achievements
- Dedication to delivering consistently excellent customer service
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Patience to understand customers' unique needs and prioritize holiday quality over quantity
