**The Role**

The Capital Market team is responsible for managing relationships with large institutional investors that deploy capital via the platform; track performances of the investment mandates; identify early trends in the market and the portfolio to take relevant actions; operationally deploy and report on the individual mandate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the reporting requirements for Youlend’s securitized facilities
- Analyze and research various credit products, particularly Asset Backed Securities to provide insights and recommendations for Youlend
- Monitor market trends and news related to credit products to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with other teams within Youlend to develop credit strategies and provide credit support
- Prepare reports and presentations on credit analysis and market trends for management and external stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc support for other business functions as required
- 2+ years of experience working with one of the Credit Rating Agencies like Moody's, Fitch, S&P
- Experienced with assessing, reporting, and evaluation of asset-backed securities
- Strong understanding of financial markets, credit products, and credit risk management
- Hands-on with data and taking ownership of key deliverables

**Other Preferred Skills**:

- Data handling skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a small team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

**Expected start date**: As soon as possible
