Activate Learning are now looking for an Advice and Admissions Adviser to join our Surrey team to support us in delivering an exceptional customer experience which raises the reputation of Activate Learning and sets it apart from other providers.

**About the role**

As the Advice and Admissions Adviser, you will often be the first point of contact, providing advice on the full range of courses and services offered at the college, sign-posting learners and visitors to the appropriate service.

You will arrange interviews confirm offers and liaise closely with faculty teams to convert applicants to enrolments - full training will be given.
When required, reception cover will be expected with this role.

Being great with people and an excellent communicator is key to being successful in this role, having the ability to talk to our learners, staff and visitors with ease, ensuring you always provide an excellent customer experience.
