As a leading care provider at Bright Futures, we provide care to our Children and Young Adults around the clock.Instead of caring through the day, our Waking Night Support workers will provide care during the night.

We are looking for positive, caring and motivated individuals to join our teams in the following locations, Warrington, Widnes, St Helens, and Liverpool. Supporting our young people, who have learning difficulties, and complex needs.

**What is Waking Night Support?**

Bright Futures Care is a specialist company supporting young people and adults with autism and learning difficulties.As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will be providing the highest standards of care for our young people throughout the night, understanding their care needs, and supporting and engaging with them.

You will join a new team, creating an environment where our young people will feel happy and safe.Actively work within a small team to pride yourself on delivering a personal and bespoke service in a high-quality provision.Be dedicated, helpful and focussed on providing the care needed to our young people.

You will spend a short period of time during your induction getting to know the team and residents during day time hours prior to undertaking your role.

You will support our young people during the night should they wake and need support in line with care and support plans, along with responsibility of maintaining the home.

- Are you approachable, friendly, proactive and engagingIt would be great if you hold a driver’s license, but it is not essential.

We have a number of homes in residential areas across the Warrington and Merseyside areas, with easy access to local amenities and good bus route links.We are also close to the M56 M62 and the M6, with good access to Liverpool, Widnes, Warrington & St Helens.

**Are you ready to be rewarded?**
- Hourly rate of £10.30 per hour, shift length 10 hours
- Full time hours are worked over 3 or 4 shifts per week
- Part time hours available
