**Job Details**:
The administrator position is an important role, enabling the business and projects to function smoothly. The position is very varied, with no two days the same. The role requires a high level of adaptability and flexibility, and excellent attention to detail. The successful applicant will also have the chance to grow within the role and take on more responsibility, if desired. Full training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**

These include, but are not limited to:

- Recruitment coordination including:

- sending offer letters and contracts
- liaising with recruitment agencies where applicable.
- HR administration
- Imports & exports
- Temporary exports and carnets - liaising with our approved transport company to arrange collections and deliveries of equipment.
- Assisting with organising equipment to ensure it arrives on time for events and conferences.
- Some travel support for directors as and when required
- Supporting Trade Support Manager to manage stock control and ordering of small components for instruments.
- QA support - experience not essential, but a willingness to learn and support with maintaining our ISO9001 certification.
- Ad Hoc support to the finance/ admin team during peak periods and holidays

- Must be methodical, organised with strong attention to detail and able to work to deadlines
- Approach the role with a 'can do' and continuous improvement mindset
- Willing to go the 'extra mile', views Customer/Supplier Excellence as a personal objective
- Maintaining a strong working relationship with all members of staff
- Diligent and dependable
