Job title: Collaboration Lead

Location: Warton

**Salary**: £52,084 - £57,344

What you’ll be doing:

- You will be playing an important role in the success of the programme, supporting how programme performance is measured and driving value optimization with our partners.
- You will be supporting the Partner relationship managers for the FCAS programme, leading collaboration, understanding programme priorities, influencing and driving key areas of focus ensuring we can manage successful programme delivery.
- Driving effective decision making with our partners, managing escalation, and driving resolution, to enhance customer confidence. This role will support the national partnering approach, which will also capture their wider UK Partner’s Domain deliverables from their International Partners
- You will need to work with the data management members of our team to measure and record performance KPI’s and support evolvement of the measures to achieving programme deliverables.

Your skills and experiences:
Essential:

- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships, ability to influence and support stakeholders
- You can undertake advanced problem solving typically based on previous experience
- You can manage tasks, lead small projects and deliver project plans, reporting to drive to successful completion, agree project approach with stakeholders, and prepares realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracks activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
- You have strong spreadsheet knowledge and experience is necessary and ability to work with multiple sources of qualitative and quantitative data, excellent attention to detail and ability to perform analysis and integration
- You are an experienced project professional with a small team and the ability to deliver with limited guidance from the Line Manager with an ability to work in ambiguity and to deadlines
