**Salary**: £33,314 - £36,567

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Being actively involved facilitating training over virtual platform
- Update and track PINNACLE training database
- Supporting quarterly PINNACLE InspireCast (PODCAST)/Wellbeing
- Organisation and/or involvement with PINNACLE Excellence Community Collaboration Events/Virtual Coffee Masterclasses/ Breakfast Clubs (Quarterly)
- Broad and varied roles and responsibilities within the Learning & Development Team
- Work closely with other stakeholders
- Supporting with Development / Assessments Centres (off-site)
- Supporting Functional Resource Review
- Knowledge of SharePoint - Editing Content on Intranet Sites - 10% of role
- Undertake administrative tasks

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and the confidence to challenge and shape outcomes
- Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of formulas would be an advantage
- Stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Desirable**:

- Coaching accreditation
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Adaptability

As part of this unique team, you will be sitting under the greater Learning and Development Team. Working closely with coaches, future leading development centres and the Spitfire Training Director this role has learning and development at its’ core
