Bookkeeper

Are you an experienced Bookkeeper / Payroll Executive looking for a new challenge?

FULL TIME OR PART TIME

Our client are a private Accountancy practice in Broxbourne, looking for a new member of the team. They have grown rapidly in the last two years, and have been established for over 20 years.

The salary is £26,000 to £30,000 per annum (pro rata). The company offer 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and the possibility of training and study support. There is parking on site.

This role could be full time, 4 full days, or 5 days with slightly shorter hours. Our client is able to be flexible for the right person.

We are looking for someone to support the Accountants with
- Bookkeeping
- Processing payroll for various clients
- VAT returns
- Accounts preparations

This is a hands on role, that will always keep you occupied, with some periods being very busy

We are looking for someone with
- Experience of Bookkeeping (3 years +)
- Experience of processing payroll (3 years +)
- Experience of Sage 50 Payroll and XERO accounting (ideally)
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines.

AAT or ACCA qualifications level 2/3 are advantageous, and the company will provide full training, if the desire is there. They would be happy to help those that want to further their qualifications.
