Bookkeeper / Payroll Executive

based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. We are proud to have been providing
accountancy, taxation, and business advisory services to a wide range of
business and private clients for over 35 years.
**Areas of Responsibility:
**We are looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper/Payroll Executive to help
the Client Managers in completing client bookkeeping, VAT return submission
and support with accounts preparation. The role will also include processing of

monthly and weekly payroll for a wide variety of clients, across a number of sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience in a hands-on,
fast-paced Accounts role in a friendly and encouraging environment
**Experience:
**The role would suit someone with either experience in public practice or in
industry as a bookkeeper or assistant finance manager with experience of VAT,

Payroll and Accounts Preparation and who is looking to move into public practice.
**Experience of Sage 50 payroll and XERO accounting is essential.**
**Qualifications:
**- Min 3 year experience working in a busy bookkeeping and payroll function.
- Ability to work on your own initiative, enjoying working within a friendly team.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines.
AAT or ACCA qualifications level 2/3 are advantageous, and the company will provide

full training if the desire is there. We would be happy to help those that want to

further their qualifications.

The role is full time, but we can be flexible in working hours.

Salary is £26-28k per annum
