**Internal Communications and Engagement Lead, Part Remote, Part Central London**

Internal Communications and Engagement Lead required to work for a global business based in Central London. This will be part remote / part office based and you will be expected to be in their Central London offices 3 days per week. The role is inside of IR35 and is a 5 month contract initially.

Internal Communications and Engagement (IC&E) sits at the centre of this global organisation. It connects the entire workforce, their diverse culture, the public purpose and mission of the company, and the Director-General’s vision.

You will come up with strategies to grab the attention of people across the organisation. You will work on key announcements, internal news, change programmes, employee updates, internal campaigns and events. You will advise senior leaders on the best way to get their messages out. You will resolve complex queries and you’ll keep us improving, making sure we measure how our comms are being received.

**Experience required**:

- Leading communications projects and campaigns
- Managing relationships with a range of senior people
- Collaborating on major change programmes
- Coaching and mentoring
- Working inside a diverse organisation
- Planning and managing events
- Digital and social media

**Ability required**:

- Write and speak clearly, assuredly and concisely, no matter the audience
- Interpret, synthesise and summarise written text
- Manage a range of channels, including bulletins, posters and reports
- Create positive relationships with the team and with stakeholders
- Solve problems quickly and simply
- Multi-task efficiently
- Work effectively without supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: £450.00-£500.00 per day
