**Your Role**

Each day you will be at the forefront of the preparation and baking of our wide range of baked goods such as baps, sub rolls, fruit bracks, Scones etc. You will be following specific recipes and methods, baking off of various products using deck ovens & rack ovens.

Working to daily order sheets to ensure accurate quantity and fulfillment of orders, alongside a team of bakers, apprentices and assistants all working to achieve our high standards of quality.

Hotplate experience is desirable too as we make a wide range of pancakes, soda farls, and potato bread.

Thorough and proven experience of working within a food handling environment and excellent food hygiene practices are essential.

**Job Types**:Part-time (3 days per week), Permanent

**Schedule**: 8 hour shift, 3 days per week

**Commute / Relocate**: Reliably Commute to Ballybrakes Bussiness Park, Ballymoney

**Experience**: 2 years or more baking experience (preferred)
