Our client a global leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance windscreen wiper technology, specialising in the Marine and Rail industries for over 70 years require a TIG welder to join their growing team. £14.00 per hour Monday to Friday, located in the North Moons Moat area of Redditch.

This position offers overtime and a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position with the company after the completion of a successful trial period. Immediate start available.

**Working pattern and pay rates**:

- Monday to Thursday 06.00 - 15.00
- Fridays 06.00 - 12.00
- £14.00 per hour.
- Overtime paid at £21.00 per hour after 40 hours completed during the week and Saturdays
- Overtime paid at £28.00 per hour after 40 hours completed for working Sundays
