Our client a global leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance windscreen wiper technology, specialising in the Marine and Rail industries, require a TIG welder to join their team. **£14.00** per hour Monday to Friday, located in the North Moons Moat area of Redditch.

This position offers overtime and a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position with the company after the completion of a successful trial period. Immediate start available.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Previous TIG welding with aluminium and stainless steel is essential.

**Working pattern**:

- Pattern 1: Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30, early finish at 13:30 on a Friday
- Pattern 2: Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 15:00, early finish at 12:00 on a Friday

**Pay rates**:

- ** £14:00** per hour.
- Overtime paid at **£21:00 **per hour after 40 hours completed during the week and Saturdays
- Overtime paid at **£28.00** per hour after 40 hours completed for working Sundays
