_**Finance Manager - Remote**_
- **Part time role - £35,700 pro-rata**_

**_20 hours a week_**

**Job overview**:_You will be providing support to the director of finance as well as integrating finance related policies. You will be assisting the FD with the financial systems and processes ensuring that the information is timely andaccurate. There will also be other typical financial tasks._

**Main Duties**:

- Supporting strategy and helping provide analysis_
- Budget preparations and annual forecasts _
- Assist with quarterly accounts _
- Preparing and presenting financial reports for committees when required_
- Ensuring accounting is accurate and compliant_
- Working alongside and with finance team to ensure budgets are managed_
- Working with junior members to ensure understanding of the finance structure _

**Person specification**:

- Qualified accountant or qualified by experience_
- Previous extensive Sage and Budgeting experience_
- Experience managing accounts _
- Track record of demonstrating and improving performance and change_
- Team leader_
- IT literate_
- Down to earth, good sense of humour_
- Welsh language knowledge is ideal but not essential_
- The role is remote but would require some trips to different areas across South Wales although these are not frequent and expenses are paid as per company policy. _
