We’re recruiting for a talented, customer focused **Web and Voice Digital Product Owner** who’s up for the challenge of working with us. This a permanent position, working 37 hours a week, with the flexibility of a mix of home and office working.

**Here’s the facts about the role**:
You will collaborate with design and technology teams to create and implement digital experiences that meet customer needs and expectations, including chatbots, live chat, customer online account and omnichannel systems. Working with internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure that customer contact channels are integrated with the organisation's overall customer experience strategy and vision. This will mean creating a roadmap for customer contact channels.

Working in collaboration with the Customer Experience manager, you’ll develop and implement performance metrics to measure the success of customer contact channels, and use these metrics to drive continuous improvement efforts, with a focus on optimizing the customer experience across all channels.

As part of the implementation, you’ll need to develop training programs for customer experience advisors to enable effective live chats, whilst addressing any operational challenges faced with implementation**.**

You’ll need to be experience in working as a Digital Product Owner, have great analytical, presentation and communication skills with evidence of using customer insight to make data informed decisions. You’ll demonstrate a strong customer experience and strategic focus and champion change.
