We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as Quality Assurance Consultant and carry out customer outcome testing activity in line with the Customer Outcome Testing Framework.

**The role**
- You will be responsible for customer outcome testing on key process and customer output in line with business requirements and frameworks, ensuring that execution of processes delivers good customer outcomes
- Undertake detailed analysis of customer outcomes and escalate risk and control issues identified which may involve working with third parties to communicate and discuss customer outcomes
- Building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, gaining credibility and providing a level of review, challenge and influence.

**What we’re looking for**
- Analytically minded with a high attention to detail and accuracy combined with an organisational skillset that allows for task prioritisation and time-management.
- Have strong communication skills, including influencing and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to communicate in a straight-forward and unambiguous manner.
- Ideally a background within the Customer Services or Quality Assurance within the Life and Pensions
