Supporting the Production Manager, you will ensure studio life runs smoothly and efficiently.

Covering production admin, resource planning, and quality control for client deliverables.

The Production and Resource Assistant provides an essential foundation to the studio’s operations across all functions. Reporting into the Production Manager, this is a newly created role due to internal promotion.

A fantastic opportunity for any graduate who has great admin skills, attention to detail and a passion

for creativity.

**Responsibilities**
- Resource planning, from searching for freelance talent on social networks and portfolio sites to updating the freelance database and anticipating future needs in line with new projects and production schedules
- Sense checking deliverables, from PDF layouts and copy to.mp4 animation previews, error checking frames and shot to shot continuity
- Assisting Production with general day-to-day running of projects and admin, including checking timesheets, keeping track of projects, uploading call summaries to OneNote, administrating Google docs, general file management and scheduling meetings
- Attending internal and external client zoom meeting as and when required, and note taking to record
- Coordinating software updates and handling installation for any new software required
- Recording staff holidays and sickness and ensuring holiday cover is in place

**About You**

Attentive and focused, with a natural ability to multi-task. Ideally you will be a recent graduate of a

production, media or arts based degree or similar This might be your first role in a creative function,

but it will be underpinned with the following skills:
Essential:

- Attention to detail - able to pick up the smallest mistakes that others miss (eagle eyes)
- Technical knowledge - overall good understanding of computers & software, knowledge of Google docs, sheets, can pick up software easily
- Animation knowledge - awareness of animation processes and pipelines
- Organisation - Methodical, with a technical organisation of files and labelling, moving files between studio and freelancers. Able to pick up systems & processes easily

Project management - an understanding of operational delivery of projects from planning to delivery
- Calm under pressure - ability to problem solve and offer pragmatic solutions to daily

challenges and tasks, even when deadlines are tight

**Desirable**:

- Creative eye and ability - able to assist with giving feedback on design/animation
- Client experience - comfortable communicating with clients, project managers etc.

**About the studio**

Our open plan studio is just a short walk from Sheffield’s train station. Pubs, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance.. We operate core hours of 9-5.30 with flexibility required for additional overtime in line with business needs and project deadlines. This will be a hybrid post working in the studio with flexibility for remote working. Applicants should be in a commutable distance to the studio.
