Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client based on the outskirts of Colchester, seeking an Aviation Trip Support Officer on full time Permanent basis. This is a fully remote role and can be worked out of the UK or across Europe dependingon your location.

Reporting to management, the Aviation Trip Support Officer is first and foremost responsible for sales development and company growth, globally. We are looking for a confident go-getter and must have an aviation background to join our new and expanding companywhere the sky is the limit.

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to create and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets
- Utilize sales tools such as LinkedIn, Jetnet, to intelligently identify and approach sales opportunities
- Successfully manage and overcome pipeline opportunities objections
- Identify past opportunities and revisit them to maximize growth opportunity
- Work collaboratively with company colleagues to achieve the highest success
- Successfully manage the transition of client information into company systems
- Manage and track sales via the company systems
- Achieving monthly targets with a strong drive on telephone productivity
- Prepare sales reports for monthly/quarterly review

**Skills required**
- Knowledge of aviation operators is a must
- Sound knowledge of aviation trip support tools such as dispatch software and flight planning software is a must
- Strong decision maker
- Sales and new business experience
- Strong computer skills
- Amazing verbal communicator
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize continually changing deadlines and tasks
- Flexible and confident with a positive approach to change and innovation
- A strong performer who has the desire to help the company be as successful as possible
- Someone who takes pride in achievement, which is demonstrated with sound, solid results
- A hard-working individual who can self-task, believe, motivate, and deliver against any scenario
- Additional spoken language an advantage
