Key Responsibilities:

- Chair employee relations-related hearings when needed.
- Enforce company Health & Safety policies.
- Collaborate with support functions to ensure success across production.
- Lead engagement events and uphold our company culture through personal example.

To be chosen for the role:

- Previous experience in Operational Management
- Understanding and exposure to principles and tools of lean manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills that support adherence to standard operating procedures and other company policies and processes
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commercial awareness in understanding customer needs and the financial impact of personal decisions and actions
- Ability to promote the company culture through personal adherence to best practices
- Ability to think strategically and make decisions aligned with shared company goals and objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
