**Human Factors and Ergonomic Specialist**

**Salary**:£52,803 **Business Area**:Health & Safety

**Working Pattern**:37 hours Mon - Fri

**We’ll trust you to**:

- Provide professional and competent advice supporting the business on human factors and ergonomics principles in relation to health and safety, ensuring that legislation, including changes and best practice are brought into the business and kept up to date
- Lead on the integration of human factors and ergonomic principles within the health, safety and risk management framework, eg: leading on the development of Human Factors policy, introduction of Human Factors analysis and design tools to the wider business
- Lead and support on Safety Critical Task analysis, human failure and reliability assessments

**What we’re looking for**:

- BSc / MSc Human Factors / Ergonomics / Organisational Psychology or equivalent
- Full driving licence
- Member of CIEHF (Graduate upwards)
- NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable)
