Mould Operative/caster Finisher

We are a manufacturing company that makes bespoke products for businesses all over the world. We are looking for people who are keen to learn and work as part of a team, to create our products from cast resin in our bespoke moulds. Full training will be given, reliability and enthusiasm is essential

Daily duties to include:

- Filling moulds
- Cleaning moulds
- Mixing resin
- Ensuring workspaces adhere to health and safety regulations
- Has a great eye for detail
- Can work at a fast but accurate pace
- Has a background in production and manufacturing
- Local to the Shepshed area, or able to travel to our rural premises
- Can start immediately

Taking into account production and attendance bonuses, there is a potential to earn up to £26,500 per annum

Hours of Work 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £26,500.00 per year
