Job Description:
As an Operations Coordinator at Linkster Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's production processes. This exciting opportunity has arisen in Shepshed, near Loughborough, with a well-regarded company in the agricultural and farming industry.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for coordinating production plans, managing product supply and demand, scheduling deliveries, and addressing customer and supplier needs to facilitate seamless operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating production plans and ensuring timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
  • Monitoring product supply and demand while maintaining communication with relevant departments.
  • Entering and managing sales and purchase contracts within company risk policy parameters.
  • Planning and prioritizing customer/supplier requirements effectively.
  • Coordinating transport logistics, including sourcing hauliers and scheduling collections and deliveries.

Key Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in a production planning or customer service desk role is required. Knowledge of the feed industry is desirable but not essential. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this position.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
