This unique role will work in complement to our established Architectural, Project Management and Quantity Surveying teams, as well as play a role in our business operations.

Here’s some of what you will be doing:

- Manage performance and operational related data
- Lead on BIM implementation and development of Employer Requirements
- Provide CDM support to Designers and Project Managers
- Liaising with Clients and Sponsors
- Contribute to the section business plan

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills combined with a knowledge of CDM legislation and building information modelling.
