- Data driven automation and decision making has never been more important to EE. It will allow us to create the best personal experiences for all our customers across our outbound, inbound assisted and digital channels. The Decisioning Principal will provide the critical interface between the data and technology teams that provide the NBA capability, the Commercial functions managing our financial KPI’s and the customer facing channels.- The Decisioning Principal will ensure that we have an agreed roadmap of Action’s to take to market and that this roadmap is successfully delivered on schedule. They will be accountable for the squads delivering the Actions to market across our new NBA and Pega Cloud capability as well as our legacy Pega on-premise solution.- In addition to the operational delivery of Action to market, the Decisioning Principal will ensure that the impacts of all Actions are measurable by design. This role will provide the opportunity to engage with our Commercial functions to continuously define a roadmap of test and learn within our market execution with established operational frameworks to define the parameters of experiments and the operational rigour to examine the results within the squad model.- The Decisioning Principal will be accountable for delivery across our legacy (on premise) Pega platform as well as our strategic cloud solution.**What you'll be doing**:

- Delivers the Consumer decisioning delivery strategy
- Integrates decisioning delivery into all channels and touchpoints
- Prioritize the decisioning and data capability roadmap
- Accountable for the delivery of consistent NBA across all customer touchpoints
- Accountable for customer and data triggered decisioning to deliver personalisation across all customer touchpoints (inbound & outbound)
- Responsible for providing toolkit and governance to enable the us to deliver the best possible personalised experiences (through data) to our customers via our inbound channels
- Accountable for the in-sourced and out-sourced workforce and budget to bring actions to market
- Working with Commercial functions (Marketing Journey Squads and Commercial Trading) to prioritize and deliver an action roadmap
- Respected leader in the field both internally and externally

- Strategic thinking and planning; driving efficient ways of working and developing the right operating model for decisioning
- Making the difficult, simple to clearly communicate the benefits of decisioning to all levels of the organisation.
- Expertise in Digital technologies and ways of working
- Strong strategic vision
- Budget management
- High levels of stakeholder management across all levels of the business
- Ability to manage third party partners, including commercial impacts and relationship development
