The Entopia Building will drive collaboration by housing CISL's staff alongside a community of ambitious sustainability start-ups, researchers, and collaborators, whilst providing an exemplar of innovation as world-leading sustainable retrofit building.

The role

CISL's HR team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help provide a comprehensive HR service as part of the HR Team.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, good IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office. You will be self-motivated and reliable, will have previous administrative experience and be used to dealing with confidential information, working with multiple processes and managing your own workload to meet multiple deadlines. A good general knowledge surrounding the concepts and principles of HR administration is highly desirable, along with the desire to learn and develop further skills in this area.

Key skills and experience
- Excellent organisational skills with accuracy and a strong eye for detail
- The ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Relevant Administrative experience, ideally within a HR environment
- Experience of Microsoft Office and online communication tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of HR confidentiality
