**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure effective people management practices are in place within Central Support by advising and coaching leaders and their teams regarding all aspects of people management including terms and conditions, performance management, sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, workforce planning and organisational change.
- Attend Central Support on a regular basis to show visibility and ensure the provision of support, coaching and challenge on People matters with a strong focus on Employer Relations.
- Work independently as the people expert in your area
- Identify and liaise with Moto’s People & Legal advisor on complex cases or those involving a perceived high degree of risk.
- Support leaders on change processes such redundancies, restructures and TUPE.
- Create and lead development sessions around People processes and employment legislation for leaders, to improve their capability in people management.

- Collaborate with leadership and their teams to promote equality, address bias, and create an inclusive culture.
- Support and shape future policies and training to drive positive change.
- Coach, guide, and support in promoting and role modelling inclusive behaviours across the organisation.
- Data analytics to highlight trends, risks, opportunities and track progress.
- Work closely with other key stakeholders to organise events and activities to increase awareness and celebrate diversity.

- Promoting holistic wellness through the Wellbeing Being You steering group at Moto.
- Be the lead of wellbeing activities and programmes; and drive awareness of the accessible wellbeing information and resources available at Moto.
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels across the organisation to execute and promote our strategy.
