Security Operations Controller

**ESG Security is an established provider of security services including security guarding, mobile patrols, and key holding.**

This is a permanent position, working 2-3 shifts per week - Monday through to Sunday, with a mixture of days and nights. So you must be fully flexible for this role.

**Shift times**: Days: 07.00 - 19.00 - Nights: 19.00 - 7.00

**Rate of pay**: £10.00 per hour

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV Licence
- Valid, full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Pc literate with the understanding of Microsoft word and Excel (some security and roster/scheduling would be an advantage)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and assertive
- Problem solver
- Able to use own Initiative
- Prioritising workload

**Duties**:

- Manning ESG Security 24-hour control and help desk
- Booking officers on and off duty, logging check calls
- Uploading rosters
- Scheduling shifts and covering absences
- Monitoring CCTV, fire and intruder alarms
- Dispatching mobile response drivers
