**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and report the care recipient's condition to the supervising professional.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of the care recipient's activities and condition.
- Help the care recipient with decision-making if required, acting as an advocate if necessary.
- Be aware of resident and family complaints and take action as appropriate.
- Gather and document important information about the resident's care needs and preferences.
- Communicate, verbally or written, all pertinent information about the resident to the supervising professional.
- Take safety precautions to protect the care recipient from harm.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 60 per week
**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
