Connect Training provides a new and innovative virtual reality role play training platform to organisations. We offer an immersive VR training tool which is designed to enhance soft and interpersonal skills across all levels. This unique tool provides experiential learning with real time responses We want a simulator who is flexible, self-motivated, and a team player with good problem-solving skills.

**Duties include**:

- Coordinates the implementation of simulation sessions to meet educational needs and bespoke training requests
- Deliver online/web-based meeting simulations
- Deliver demonstrations to new and onboarding clients
- Responsibility for the preparation and delivery of allocated simulation sessions
- Serve as simulator operator by running scenarios with Instructors and Facilitators
- Respond in real time to Trainees & Facilitators
- To improvise and respond around the participants/facilitator’s interactions
- Interface and develop relationships with the software vendors regarding troubleshooting and systems problems; maintains record of technical faults & repairs and preventative maintenance.

**Experience required**:

- Computer literate
- Acting skills with the ability to portray various personality profiles
- Strong improvisation skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly around live client responses
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility in working approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
