**About the role**

We are looking for a Team Administrator to join us at Mayden. This is a diverse and interesting role with a range of responsibilities, which will help to keep our Iaptus Product team functioning efficiently. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your skills, knowledge and experience.

**Team Administrator - Key responsibilities**:
Duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Diary management for a busy and growing team
- General office administration i.e booking events and organising internal training
- Administrative support across teams
- Maintaining accurate records
- Reviewing, sharing and maintaining documentation including collating from multiple sources, following up with other teams for contributions, ensuring good formatting/presentation
- Taking notes and/or minutes in team meetings, sharing agendas, recording actions and helping people to be accountable to each other
- Updating timesheets
- Identifying opportunities to attend and arranging client calls or visits
- Arranging bookings for conferences and associated travel and accommodation, ensuring cover across the team is in place
- Supporting with booking or arranging training / personal development
- Supporting the team with recruitment, including reviewing CVs and compiling documents (training will be provided)

**Hours and Location**

The position is for a full-time member of our team, 37.5 hours, Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm. Job share will be considered, please indicate preferred working patterns within your covering letter.

The role is primarily office based at Oldfield Park but involves occasional travel.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
