Lettings Inspector

Crossmeads are looking for Lettings Inspector within our busy Chichester office and full training will be given, however some experience especially in customer service is preferred. It is a bonus if you have completed your ARLA qualification or are in the process of completing this qualification.

Hours will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am-4pm. A full day off in lieu will be given for the Saturday you have worked. 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Primarily you will be assisting the Property Management Department with scheduling and carrying out tenanted property inspections on an iPad or iPhone with bespoke software and reporting back to the Landlord with your findings. Obtaining quotations from approved contractors for any necessary works and liaising with a colleague in maintenance and the landlord to have any identified works carried out. The job role is varied and can be extremely busy with dead lines needed to be met.
