Property Inspectors

We are looking for hard working and enthusiastic people to join us as Property Inspectors. A great starting point for a career in property, or the perfect role for a property manager looking to ditch their desk

We can offer you an interesting and varied role, visiting a range of properties across East and West Sussex to prepare condition reports. We prodominantly cover Brighton and Hove, Worthing, Lewes and Burgess Hill.

As part of our team you will need an eye for detail, and strong communication skills. You will work from our App compiling detailed property condition reports and collecting photographic data.

You will work from an appointed diary and must be self reliant with good initiative as you will work alone for the main part of your day, whilst always fully supported by our administrative team. You will need to be ultra reliable, with a friendly and professional manner and the ability to manage your time well.

Interest in the Lettings industry is beneficial but not necessary. Full training is provided.

You should be confident driving in the local area. It is essential you have your own reliable vehicle and a full UK driving licence. Mileage and parking costs will all be reimbursed.

Starting wage £18,525.00 - £20,475.00 pro rata, dependant on experience.

We have two roles available:
Part time (3 x days per week)

Full time (5 x days per week)

(Please note: All roles include some Saturday cover, when we open 9am - 3pm, as part of a rota system. All roles including part-time are required to work 5 days a week during the last two weeks of August and first week two weeks of September)
