**Job Description**:
Consultant Liaison will proactively support the consultant team by providing, informative reporting and responsive communication to improve consultant performance in turn increasing customer satisfaction and retention.

They are the escalation contact of any support issues for all consultants

Management of the consultant team which includes the following:

- Manage consultant TATs for reporting
- Manage consultant TATs for returns
- Manage additional, second opinion and declined case requests to ensure timely report delivery within the expected TAT
- Manage and resolve esculated queries
- Manage all consultant report reviews, second opinion and audits appropriately and efficiently
- Raise and complete non conformances when required
- Complaint Management (also recorded in Q-Pulse)
- Ensure Consultant files and OPC accounts are up to date including all documentation for reporting
- Consultant IQA Management
- Manage Consultant Capacity Portal - what capacity each consultant has and ensure maximum capacity is recorded so we can plan with the customers what can be sent and where we have additional capacity to inform Key Account Liaison team
- Responding promptly to all consultant requests and enquiries
- Continuous management of consultant team ensuring information is shared with the consultant team when required such as SOP updates and any updates to the OPC communicated to ensure efficient and accurate reporting
- Maintain thorough and accurate Consultant performance records including key performance indicators looking at continuous improvement
- Identify where appropriate technology to deliver accurate and efficient reporting services
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the OPC and reporting processes
- Working with all consultants so you can understand working practices inside and out so that you can support the consultant team in achieving accurate and efficient reporting services
- Ensure the consultant team can support the customer reporting needs by ensuring recruitment plans are in place and used when required
- Keep confidential records private and secure
- To comply with all quality control procedures to support maintenance of the Source BioScience’s Quality Management System.
- To comply with safe working practices in accordance with Company safety policies.
- To participate in the Annual Joint Staff Review process, in accordance with Company Policy.
- To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required commensurate with grade and experience.
- Attend any training endeavours as appropriate to role or as reasonably requested by Line Manager.
